CREATIVE LEARNING PROGRAMME

A

s part of our 2017 tour of Plan B for Utopia and The North, we are offering a wide range of outreach and wrap around activities: creative sessions for all ages and levels of experience, contemporary dance classes, CPD opportunities for drama, dance and PE teachers interested in expanding their skills, and inclusive workshops for participants with additional support needs.

There will also be a free a post-show discussion after each performance of the tour, where the audience will have the opportunity to meet the creative team, share their impressions about the work and ask any relevant questions.

Finally, we are also offering the opportunity to book ‘unplugged’ performances of Plan B for Utopia for schools and community venues. You will find more information in our Creative Learning Brochure, available from our Plan B for Utopia download section. Alternatively, you can get in touch with Vicky on vicky@joanclevilledance.com

Upcoming Creative Learning Events

Morning Practice at The Work Room, Glasgow
Thu 19 April, 10-11.30am
During our morning practice we focus on generating availability in the body and exploring the connection between breath, voice and physicality. Using a somatic approach we will encourage efficiency and awareness in the body in order to ‘undo’ any unnecessary tension and expand our physical and vocal range and articulation.

Free, open to non members, just turn up on the day.
